Wolf Pack Fitness was founded by Brian Whaley, a lifelong coach with a passion for helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience—inside and outside the gym.
With years of coaching experience and a background in functional training, Brian believes great coaching is about more than workouts. It’s about meeting people where they are, creating trust, and helping them move forward—safely and consistently.
