Before you join the Pack.

Everything you need to know about training, memberships, and what to expect.

Do I need to be in shape before joining? Absolutely not. Wolf Pack Fitness is built for all levels. Every workout is coach-led and scalable, meaning we adjust movements, weights, and intensity to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re brand new or highly experienced.

Is this CrossFit? We use functional training principles similar to CrossFit, but our focus is on quality coaching, smart programming, and long-term progress. You don’t need prior CrossFit experience to train here.

What classes are included with my membership? All memberships include full access to our coached classes. Every member has the same opportunity to participate fully—no restricted classes or tiered access.

What is the Alpha Membership? Alpha is our founding membership, limited to 75 people. Alpha members are locked in at their rate for life and receive full access to all coached classes. Once Alpha spots are gone, they’re gone.

How many days per week should I train? Most members train 3–5 days per week, but we help you find the right schedule based on your goals, lifestyle, and recovery needs. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here.

Do you offer a free trial class? Yes. We encourage everyone to try a free class before joining. It’s the best way to experience our coaching, community, and atmosphere firsthand.

What if I have injuries or limitations? Our coaches are experienced in modifying workouts for injuries, past surgeries, and movement limitations. Safety, confidence, and long-term health always come first.

Are the workouts coached or self-led? All classes are fully coached. You’ll receive guidance on warm-ups, movement mechanics, loading, scaling, and pacing every time you train.

Do you have showers and locker rooms? Yes. We have showers available for members, making it easy to train before work, during lunch, or on the way home.

What equipment do you use? We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio equipment, turf, bodyweight movements, and more. Workouts are varied, functional, and designed to build real-world strength and conditioning.

Is there a long-term contract? No long-term contracts are required. Memberships are month-to-month, giving you flexibility while still being part of a committed community.
