BRIAN

I’ve been coaching for over 15 years and have worked with all kinds of people, from those just getting started to those chasing bigger goals. What matters most to me is helping people realize what they’re actually capable of and giving them the right push to get there. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Everyone walks in at a different place, and my job is to meet you there, coach you well, and help you keep moving forward. Showing up is the hardest part for a lot of people, and I don’t take that lightly. You don’t need to be in shape to start. You just need to show up and be willing to work. If you do that, I’ll meet you there every time. I’ve got a huge sweet tooth, and when I’m not coaching I’m usually out on the farm with the dogs and the goats. 👉 Expect: Coaching that meets you where you’re at, pushes you forward, and yeah — expect burpees.

Keeley is bringing a powerhouse blend of education, experience, and passion to the Pack. Keeley’s journey started at the College of Idaho, graduating in 2011 before beginning her career in healthcare. She started coaching in 2016, and by 2019, her passion for fitness led her to leave her full-time healthcare job to coach full-time. After taking a short break in 2023 to focus on being a mom to her 2 boys, she’s back with even more knowledge and fire — especially as a Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Certified Coach. With two active pregnancies and multiple surgical recoveries of her own, she’s become an incredible resource for women navigating those unique and powerful seasons of life. 👉 Expect: High energy, smart coaching, and someone who will push you further than you thought possible.

CASSIDY

Coach | Pack Fit, HIIT, TRX, HYROX & NUTRITION CrossFit Level 1 Strong, intentional coaching with attention to detail that helps you move better and get stronger. With over twenty years dedicated to training and sustainable habits, I earned my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate to better serve our Wolfpack community. I love coaching athletes who are willing to show up, try hard and surprise themselves. Whether you're chasing your first push up or a new PR, I'm here for the grit, the breakthroughs, and the moments you realize you're capable of more than you expected. My proudest achievement is raising my two daughters into strong young women who aren’t afraid to question authority—especially mine. When I’m not in the gym, you’ll usually find me outside, probably in the shade, looking for activities where I get to be a beginner again. I love to eat, especially whatever my husband is cooking. And whether it’s dinner or deadlifts, the answer is always more plates. 👉 Expect: Grit, encouragement, and a coach who loves seeing you surprise yourself.

JACKIE

Coach | Align (Yoga)
 500 RYT — Yoga Alliance Thoughtful, detailed coaching focused on movement, breath, and helping you feel better in your body. Jackie is devoted to Yoga as a life path, with its principles guiding all parts of her life. Along with the physical aspects of yoga—stretching, strength-building and exercise—her classes extend beyond the physical to unite body, mind and spirit. Jackie’s teaching methodology emphasizes foundational knowledge through clear alignment cues, active breath regulation and compassionate self-observation. Her goal is to help others cultivate greater personal awareness, find inner peace, and forge a deeper connection to the world around them. The first two decades of Jackie’s life were dedicated to athletics, culminating in competitive volleyball at the collegiate level. In 2002, she took a semester of yoga and it forever shifted the connection with her body. She spent the next 14 years developing a new kind of love for and relationship with it. In 2016, she enrolled in a yoga teacher training, and began teaching in 2017. Wanting to deepen her knowledge as a teacher and practitioner, she enrolled in a two year long 300 hour yoga teacher training, graduating in 2022. Jackie has been teaching yoga for almost a decade and is a 500 RYT — a registered yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance with over 500 hours of training. 👉 Expect: A calm, intentional class that helps you move, breathe, and reset.

SUSIE

Coach | Pack HIIT, TRX, Recharge ACE Certified Personal Trainer Built from experience, she helps you stay consistent, recover well, and trust the process. I’ve been in the fitness industry for 4 years and love being part of a community that is supportive, positive, and always pushing each other to get better. I coach Pack HIIT, TRX, Recharge (stretch/meditation), and do personal training. My goal is to help people feel stronger, more confident, and actually enjoy the process. After watching American Ninja Warrior almost a decade ago, I decided I wanted to be on the show. At the time, I was over 100 lbs heavier and started running and doing yoga to get in shape. That journey led me into coaching and competing. I’ve now competed in 3 UNAA competitions and am still working toward becoming a Ninja Warrior. A little about me — I have 2 dogs and a squirrel, so it’s a wild house. I’m excited to be part of the Wolf Pack family and get to know everyone 👉 Expect: Support, consistency, and leaving every class feeling better than when you walked in.

Robert

Coach | Kickboxing, TRX, Pack HIIT , HYROX & Spartan M.S. Psychology • NCSF Certified Personal Trainer Building strength and resilience in both body and mind — through focused, detail-driven coaching. With a decade of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and a Master’s degree in Psychology, I implement a science-based approach to fitness that incorporates physical effort and mental resilience. My coaching philosophy is that true lifestyle change starts from the inside out and looks at psychological barriers to health such as habit formation, motivation, and mindset. I understand the journey of transformation firsthand. Having navigated my own weight loss journey of over 60 lbs, I know that the hardest part of the struggle isn't just the physical exertion, but the mental discipline required to stay the course once motivation fades. I bring that same empathy and grit to every session, whether you are just starting your fitness journey or looking to break through a long-standing plateau. My athletic background is diverse, including gymnastics, team sports, and martial arts. I continue to actively train and compete in Tai Kung Fu, which informs my focus on functional movement, balance, and discipline. Outside the gym, I am a dedicated martial artist and an endurance athlete, having completed 15 Spartan races, including three Trifectas. 👉 Expect: Thoughtful coaching that challenges both your body and your mindset.

Anna

Coach | Align (Yoga) 200 RYT — House of Om (Bali) Fun, welcoming classes with a lot of laughs and a flow that still challenges you. Anna Kay has been practicing yoga for six years and received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from House of Om in Bali in 2024. She is a lifelong dancer and collegiate swimmer at Loyola University New Orleans who found yoga balances her desire for both creative movement and strength building. Experienced in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Chair yoga, Anna Kay’s classes are filled with laughter and focused on fun while maintaining the integrity of the practice. In her classes, laughter is welcomed and flows include adaptive movement. She aims to make people feel accepted, joyful, and proud leaving class. Anyone who is intimidated by yoga, doesn’t take things too seriously, or wants to find comfort in a familiar, yet challenging flow will enjoy her classes. She is passionate about teaching strong, power vinyasa flows and chair yoga for accessible mobility. In addition to yoga certifications, Anna Kay has a Master’s degree in Climatology and is happy to answer any weather related question. Outside of yoga, she is hiking, line dancing, or watching reality TV shows. Her random fact is she is scared of lakes. 👉 Expect: Laughter, a good flow, and to leave feeling better than you came in.

Helen

Coach | HIIT, TRX CPT - NASM, Precision Nutrition Certified Macro Coach Kind, energetic coaching that helps you feel strong, capable, and confident every time you walk in. Helen Rich has been a Fitness Professional in the Boise area for over a decade. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has trained many many clients and taught hundreds of group fitness classes over the years. She brings a kind, energetic and genuine approach to her coaching, and does her best to help her clients and class members feel successful and confident in themselves and their abilities. Helen believes that regular movement, lifting heavy, and consistently challenging your body and mind can make life so much better for everyone who does it. In every session or class, Helen wants the people she coaches to feel both challenged and successful - push yourself and proud of what you can do. When she is not working with clients, or in the gym training/lifting on her own, you probably can’t find her…because she loves to be at home alone or hanging out with her family and dogs, playing games, taking walks, and making cookies. Although you might happen to see her out thrifting for treasures, or getting takeout at Mongolian BBQ. Helen is grateful to be a part of the community being built at Wolfpack Fitness, and looks forward to helping all members she comes in contact with feel welcome, strong, and capable. 👉 Expect: To be challenged, supported, and to leave stronger, more confident, and proud of what you’re capable of.

Alexis Coach | Yoga RYT 200 – Black Hills Yoga School Intentional, breath-driven classes that support your body, calm your nervous system, and meet you where you are. Alexis was introduced to yoga at age 11, and has been practicing ever since. She has explored a wide variety of yoga styles, with each style impacting her in a unique way. She started teaching Buti Yoga in 2017 and earned her 200-hour RYT from Black Hills Yoga School in 2019. She has since taught many styles of yoga including Hatha, Gentle, Power and Vinyasa. Alexis has most recently continued her education in the areas of sequencing and advanced anatomy. Her classes thoughtfully incorporate pranayama and intentional sequencing designed to support the needs of the modern body and nervous system. She offers many options for poses throughout each class so that each student may practice in the way that feels best for them. Alexis strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all. 👉 Expect: Thoughtful, well-sequenced classes that focus on breath, movement, and supporting your body and nervous system—while giving you the freedom to move in the way that feels best for you.
